I was going to take a look at the pawn shop for some used bargains and the manager who was open carrying asked me did I have a concealed permit and when I said yes he told me to get out of his store. I quickly left and will never do business with any Arrow Pawn. I wanted to let all my fellow NCGO members know about this.

Yes it is a gun store and a pawn shop. I was carrying concealed but he didn't see it,he must have assumed when I said that I had a ccp? I thought he was asking about my ability to purchase. I guess he doesn't care that I have my FFL also? Very strange situation but I have never been asked to leave like this.

Wow, that really is strange. I would definitely let everyone I know to not step foot in that place.

He asked you if you had a CHP without even knowing you were carrying, and then told you to get out?

I just went to their website and let them know that because of their actions towards a member of this forum who was a CCP holder, he is being blacklisted on this forum. I will let you know if I get a reply.

I don't understand either? I quit trying to figure this out and I will not go there ever again.

This was the one in Garner on hwy 70.

I walked in and proceeded to the back of the store (where the guns are) and I was looking at the handguns. The manager came back to the gun counter and I asked to see a particular handgun he then asked did I have my chp (I was thinking he wanted to know if I could buy) and when I said yes he told me to leave the store. I was confused because I have never been in a gun store that prohibits carry. I was carrying a Sig P238 inside my waist band so I think he assumed that I was carrying because he never asked if I was carrying and he couldn't see it. Very strange but I guess some people are that way? I just wonder how they will sell any guns with that attitude.
