Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Westlands Water District will be held on August 20, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the District’s Fresno Office, 286 W. Cromwell Avenue, Fresno, California 93711.

Public Comment – Any member of the public may address the Board concerning any matter on the agenda before or, for open session items, during its consideration of that matter. 7. Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (Campbell) – Serving as the Groundwater Sustainability Agency of the Westside Subbasin:

a. Board of Directors to Receive an Update and/or provide Input on Sustainable Groundwater Management Act Implementation/Compliance Activities, including Actions to Implement the Groundwater Sustainability Plan
b. Consider Adopting a Policy for Allocating District Groundwater Recharge Credits
c. Receive an Update and Provide Input on the Proposed Process to form a Steering Committee and Outreach Advisory Committee to Support the Westside Subbasin Multibenefit Land Repurposing Program
d. Receive an Update on Potential Alternatives for Allocating Groundwater in Westlands Water District
